WELCOME TO THE NEW ENGLAND SCREENWRITERS ALLIANCE. We are based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. (Not to be confused with the screenwriters group in Tyngsboro, another great resource!)
In recent years our members have branched out to other forms of writing as well, so we now critique novel excerpts and short stories in addition to screenplays. If you plan to attend a meeting, please read the post on the message board for first timers. There is also a post about our critiquing policy.
With the demise of our original website on AOL Hometown, we will be posting in the calendar section events of interest to screenwriters and writers in general: indie screenings, author talks, festivals, and other such items.
We are an Affiliate of the American Screenwriters Association (ASA).
